These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] for using locazn during its private beta. By signing in you accept them, along with our Privacy Policy.

The beta

locazn is an early version shared with invited neighbours to gather feedback. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may reset or end the beta. Please tell us about problems using the 💡 Feedback button.

Who can use locazn

• You must be 18 or older and invited to the beta.
• Use your real name and only join neighbourhoods where you actually live.
• Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Be a good neighbour

Do not post or send anything that:

• harasses, threatens, abuses or discriminates against anyone (including on religion, caste, gender, language or region);
• shares someone's private information without their consent;
• is false or misleading in a way that could cause harm, including about safety or health;
• is spam, advertising unrelated to your neighbourhood, or a scam;
• is illegal, sexually explicit, violent, or infringes someone else's rights (such as copyright).

Marketplace and donation drives

• Deals, donations and drives are between neighbours. locazn is not a party to them and does not handle payments, delivery or quality.
• Don't list prohibited items: weapons, drugs, alcohol or tobacco, medicines, animals, counterfeit or stolen goods, or anything illegal.
• Meet in safe, public or common areas and use your judgement. Report anything suspicious.
• Drive organisers must deliver what they collect to the stated beneficiary.

Admins and moderation

Each neighbourhood's admins approve members and can remove content that breaks these terms; removals are recorded and the author is told why. Content reported by several neighbours may be hidden until reviewed. We may also remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, and we may preserve information when required by law.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store and show it to the people you shared it with, only to run locazn. You can delete it at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ending your use

You can stop using locazn and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or when the beta ends.

Limits of our responsibility

locazn is provided “as is” during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what users post or for dealings between neighbours, and our total liability to you is limited to ₹1,000.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [city] will have jurisdiction.
